About the trip

The Girlfriend Getaway: Sistahs at the Well kicks off on Wednesday, October 14th to 18th 2023, and includes five days and four nights at the luxurious Bahia Principe Luxury Resort in Jamaica. The week will offer life changing health and wellness sessions facilitated by our dream team of nutritionists, fitness and wellness experts, dedicated physician and psychologist, and a host of speakers.

Daily yoga and training sessions and opportunities to explore the culture of the island will balance out the week, and an All-White Party with guest DJ will add a night of flair and festivity.
